This mildly oxidized (20%) Taiwanese oolong comes from Shan Lin Xi area with a high elevation and clean growing conditions. It has a sweet yet slightly spicy taste of some of Taiwan’s best rolled oolongs. Slightly darker than the Alishan, this oolong is very satisfying with large leaves and stem. This comes from a new growing area in Taiwan. A future classic tea. 2022 crop
