2004 Grand Red Label Green (Sheng) Menghai Beeng Cha
This is one of the smoothest younger pu-erh's we have come across. This well known Red Label cake had a great taste of a cake well on its way to becoming an even better older cake. The leaf is full and tender.
This cake also had the full front label neifei (inner label) which is pretty special. But the leaves deliver, too. This cake consists of nice full leaves of small to medium size. This cake is bound for glory. The leaves are turning from green to brown, but the taste is totally drinkable as it is today. This is a hand pressed beeng that breaks off with the hand, which is convienent. This is a good one to buy, drink one and stick the other away.
