1970’s Zhong Cha Iron Cake Simplified Letters 330 gram
This cake was shipped to Hong Kong back in the 1970’s and has the Simplified Characters on the wrappers. They call these Iron Cakes because they are compressed by machine under heavy iron molds which form the shape of the cakes.
The wrappers are in great shape considering the age of this tea. It has been well preserved in dry storage. This early production was done in the Kunming Factory. Can be infused many times and is one of the best known old cakes out there.
