This is a great and rare loose leaf Pu-erh tea. The Jiang Cheng Factory began in the 1950's and was a product of the Han Autonomous people near Pu-erh area. Because of Communism the CNNP controlled most of the tea production in China. The Han people of Jiang Cheng made some extra that was sold quietly and unlabeled. This makes this tea very elusive. The factory has a unique taste and flavor that speaks for itself, even after all these years. It is similar to the Tong Xing Factory taste and the leaves hale from the old trees as seen by the large leaf base. This tea has nice qi and is quite memorable and steeps many times.
You can drink a piece of history as these leaves made it all these years from the time of Communism to the present day. The taste only got better. Good to have a little bit of this secret tea on hand for any special occasion.
Honk Kong aged and and natural storage conditon make this tea very special. It will infuse about 5 to 6 times with great flavor.
