This mildly oxidized (20%) Taiwanese oolong comes from Da Yu Ling of Lishan Mountain with a high elevation of 2600m and clean growing conditions. It has a sweet yet slightly spicy taste of some of Taiwan’s Taichung county’s best rolled oolongs. This high mountain green oolong is very satisfying with large leaves and stem. This comes from a new growing area in Taiwan. A future classic tea. 2022 crop no pesticides.
