2016 Yunnan Baihao Yinzhen White Tea
This white tea is made up of the finest top buds picked early in March. It is hand processed in Da Si village in Feng Qing, Lincang. The taste stands up to three good steeps. Enjoy this tea for it's antioxidants and great taste. Use water of 175 deg. F. or higher and don't steep for more than three minutes. One and a half to two minutes should give a great cup. Just a hint of smokey drying preserves the buds integrity. Enjoy.
